Under-13 profiles get a name picked for them, quick replies only, and no photo posts. Purchases and age changes sit behind a grown-up check.

Built by collectors, in a card shop
Ballers Studios LLC is a small software studio in Sarasota, Florida. We spend our days around binders, booster packs and graded slabs, and we build the tools we wished we had.
Every app we make follows three rules: it should be calm to use, honest about prices, and safe for kids to enjoy with their families.
Card game names are trademarks of their owners. Ballers Studios is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card game publisher.
Binder Shelf Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Binder Shelf collects, why, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain words. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not use advertising trackers.
What stays on your phone
Your collection lives on your device: your binders, cards, copies, grades, conditions, wish list, costs and sales. You can export it or delete it at any time from the app.
What we collect and why

Children
Binder Shelf is made for collectors of all ages. When the app learns a collector is under 13, it turns on kid-safe rules:
- No free-text username. A friendly name is picked for them.
- No photo posts and no typed messages. Only preset quick replies.
- Scans send only the card area of the photo.
- Paid items and age changes require a grown-up check.
We do not knowingly ask children under 13 for an email address or other contact details. A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete their child's information using the contact details below.
Who helps us run the app
We use a small number of service providers, only to run Binder Shelf: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and automated safety checks), Scrydex (card data, prices and card recognition) and grading companies' public cert lookups. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
Your choices
- Delete your collection, backup or community posts in the app.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
- Use the app without a backup, a collector name or an email. Scanning and your shelf still work.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Backups are stored under private codes, and community content is moderated. No system is perfect, so please keep your device protected with a passcode.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app when the change matters.
